Welcome to www.goldfever.com. We understand the importance of receiving your items promptly, and we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: we aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 2 working days. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and bank holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates: shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 working days after dispatch within the UK. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

2.1 Royal Mail Shipping Rate Adjustments (Effective March 31st, 2025)

Please be advised that Royal Mail is implementing changes to their shipping rates and weight categories, effective March 31st, 2025. These adjustments will impact our shipping costs for orders dispatched on or after this date. 

The new Royal Mail weight categories and rates are as follows:

• 0-1kg: £9.75 (excluding VAT)
• 1.1-2kg: £12.75 (excluding VAT)
• 2.1-10kg: £17.35 (excluding VAT)
• 10.1-20kg: £21.35 (excluding VAT)

Shipping costs displayed at checkout on or after March 31st, 2025, will reflect these new Royal Mail rates.

2.2 Royal Mail Shipping Rate Adjustments (Effective October 6th, 2025)

Please be advised that Royal Mail is implementing further changes to their shipping rates and weight categories, effective October 6th, 2025. These adjustments will impact our shipping costs for orders dispatched on or after this date.

The new Royal Mail weight categories and rates for parcels are as follows

• 0 - 500G: £9.85 (excluding VAT)
• 500G - 1kg: £10.95 (excluding VAT)
• 1.1kg - 2kg: £14.05 (excluding VAT)
• 2.1kg - 10kg: £19.55 (excluding VAT)

Shipping costs displayed at checkout on or after October 6th, 2025, will reflect these new Royal Mail rates.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.goldfever.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

www.goldfever.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping worldwide, with the exception of territories served by our exclusive distributors. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will vary. Please contact us at the below email address to confirm availability in your region. 

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders require special attention and have a longer processing time. We strive to complete and ship custom orders within 10 working days, and we make every effort to meet this timeframe. However, because each order is unique and sometimes factors outside our control can impact production and shipping, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 20 working days.
