You earn points and enjoy discounts based on your spending.
How do I join?
If you're already a Gold Fever client, you're automatically enrolled in our Luxe Lounge – welcome!
You'll earn points on every purchase of our premium hair extensions, accessories, and educational courses.
We hand-select salons and stylists based on their reputation, commitment to client experience, and alignment with our values.
If you're interested in becoming a Gold Fever client, you can apply for consideration through our online application form.
What are the benefits?

Progression: move through membership levels to unlock more benefits.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every £33 spent, with each point valued at £1.
You can accumulate unlimited points at all membership levels. It's that simple!
How and when can I redeem points?
You can redeem points anytime for discounts on your order.
Purchases are reviewed quarterly:
- January to March
- April to June
- July to September
- October to December
What are the Luxe Lounge levels and what benefits do I get?
Our loyalty program has five levels, each with increasing benefits:
Certified: you'll be automatically placed in this level when you join and will receive a welcome gift of £100 off your first order. Additionally, you will earn 1 point for every £33 spent!
Advanced: spend £750 in 3 months to receive a 2% discount on every order plus 3% in points, totalling a 5% reward.
Expert: spend £1,500 in 3 months and enjoy a 3.5% discount on every order plus 3% in points, totalling a 6.5% reward.
Master: spend £3,000 in 3 months and enjoy a 5% discount on every order plus 3% in points, totalling a 8% reward.
Elite: spend £4,500 in 3 months and enjoy a 7% discount on every order plus 3% in points, totalling a 10% reward.
What happens when I unlock the next level, and how do I maintain it?
Unlocking a new level grants you a higher discount on your next order for at least 3 months.
To maintain or boost your level, keep your spending on track in the following quarter.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire one year after joining the Gold Fever Luxe Lounge.
